As vegans seem to be continuously stranded on mythical desert islands, I decided to name my blog site after this predicament.

Hi there,
I have read a few of your articles, but I think I have to disagree on a few points!
I have kids and trying to change the way they eat is impossible! It’s expensive to becoming a vegan and it’s a lie anyone saying it’s not. I’m trying not to touch dairy and I’m definitely spending more.
If you have any words of wisdom that is great! My kids love meatballs and Spag Bol but hate…. I mean hate soya! I only have one son who likes it. The quorn stuff, they hate too!

There’s a few tips in the blogs – but aiming at supermarkets is a good idea – I like independent health shops – but they can be expensive.
A lot of Facebook groups have good tips too. https://www.facebook.com/vegantipsuk/ is a good one.
